1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIProfy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AJPJ Consultoria em TI. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notification to users.

2. Service Description

AIProfy is a SaaS platform that allows you to create AI-powered interactive resumes. The service offers:

Interactive professional profile creation
AI chat that answers questions about your resume
Admin dashboard for profile management
Visitor and interaction analytics
Contact form integration

3. Plans and Pricing

AIProfy offers a simple pricing model: create and customize your profile for free, and pay only when you want to publish it.

How It Works

• Free profile creation - set up your interactive CV at no cost
• One-time payment on publication - pay only when you're ready to publish
• Your profile is automatically unpublished from public access when your service is cancelled

Payments securely processed via Stripe.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must provide true and accurate information
You are responsible for your account security
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits

5. User Responsibilities

By using AIProfy, you agree to:

Provide true and accurate information in your resume
Not submit illegal, offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Maintain confidentiality of your access credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Prohibited Uses

The following are expressly prohibited:

Using the service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
Scraping, crawling, or unauthorized automated access
Attempting to access other users' data
Intentionally overloading infrastructure
Using the service to violate intellectual property rights
Impersonating others or creating fake profiles
Circumventing rate limits or usage restrictions
Using bots or automation to interact with the platform

7. Artificial Intelligence Use

AIProfy uses third-party language models (OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek, Gemini) to generate responses to visitor questions about your resume. (OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek, Gemini)

Artificial Intelligence Limitations:

AI responses are automatically generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
AI may occasionally generate information not present in your resume
Responses should not be considered professional, legal, or career advice
You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring interactions on your profile
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated responses

By using the service, you acknowledge and accept these AI technology limitations.

8. Usage Limits

To ensure service quality and availability, we apply usage limits:

API Limits

• 20 requests/hour per user session (chat)
• 100 requests/hour (chat)
• 5 requests/hour per user session (contact)

Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you submit (CV, photo, information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Platform

All software, design, branding, code, and technology of the AIProfy platform are property of AJPJ Consultoria em TI. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.

10. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability:

Service may be unavailable for scheduled or emergency maintenance
We do not offer a formal SLA (service level agreement)
We depend on third parties (AI providers, hosting) that may affect availability

11. Termination

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through dashboard settings. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, use the service abusively, or for legal reasons. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and your data may be deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AIProfy or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and services on the platform, even if AIProfy or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

This includes, without limitation:

Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated responses
Service interruptions, delays, or unavailability
Actions or omissions of third parties, including infrastructure and AI service providers

In any event, our maximum total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you in the last 12 months of service use.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AJPJ Consultoria em TI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) violation of these terms; (c) content you submit; or (d) violation of third-party rights.

14. Third-Party Services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that AIProfy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such content, goods, or services.

15. Changes to Terms

AIProfy reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil are elected to resolve any disputes.

For consumers: Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90) protections apply when applicable.
